I just finished watching Our Flag Means Death, and I didn’t realize how much I had been missing out on really well written gay/queer love stories. I love to read and thought it would be a great place to start looking for good stories in this genre. Please and thank you!

There are some solid bits in the Vorkosigan series, by Lois McMaster Bujold. It’s mostly hetero/mono, but there are some major bi/poly and nonbinary players throughout.
This suggestion is problematic for some, but I’m putting it out there because the lgbt+ and poly themes are solid. The Original Sinners series, by Tiffany Reisz.
Lorelei James also has a few books of bi/poly relationships in her Rough Riders series.
I’m looking forward to reading other suggestions in the comments, because I too have been struggling to find decent stuff that isn’t super cringe. Thanks for asking, OP, and getting the convo going!
