That’s the feeling on the daily menu for me throughout my college life, I’m in a nearby college and when I am here, I just feel completely detached. I’ve a longing to move away all together, and I like consuming media I resonate with!
It doesn’t need to be a novel about exactly that, but something that fits with the vibe. The last book I read was Submarine by Joe Dunthorne which I really enjoyed, I’ve been struggling to get into anything in the weeks since. Humor, drama, coming of age schenanigans, that’s what I’m here for.

Edit: Some random bits and pieces that fit my mood, if it at all helps: Norwegian Wood, Lost in Translation, Rushmore, Good Will Hunting, Adventureland, Red Oaks, Arctic Monkey’s and the Strokes respective first albums, Submarine as I mentioned (book and film!)
