My partner wants to get more into reading and has asked me to gift him a book I think he’d like but I have absolutely no idea what! I stick closely to the genre of books I like and have no idea where to begin expanding on that for him.
He likes F1, he’s heavily into dubstep and electronic music, he’s a little squeamish when it comes to gore, and he isn’t moved by fictional stories. The only book he’s read was a motivational memoir thing (but I want to get him a fictional book). He’s like nature, he is a romantic & loves travelling.
I can’t even begin thinking of a genre he’d be into because he’s not something who’s big into movies or shows. He’s very music oriented. He likes comedy stuff though & maybe something light hearted.
I have A dusty road to death in my possession already (F1 book) when I’m planning on lending him.
Does anyone know any books he’d be into??

Ooo also he grew up in Tenerife, which is a place he feels very close to still (he moved over from England when he was about 5/6- so maybe a story similar to that could be good for him) or just a story based in Tenerife.
